Is it bad to have sugar when you're pregnant?
In general, it's not bad to have anything during pregnancy and it's about using common sense & having everything in moderation. It's general common that women who regularly eat healthy foods, drink plenty of water, exercise regularly, and avoid excess sugar and fat may significantly reduce uncomfortable symptoms of constipation, nausea & diarrhea. As a result, it's recommended not to consume much sugar.
